Sam Curry, Chief Security Officer, is an IT security visionary with over 20 years of IT security industry experience. Sam served as Chief Technology and Security Officer at Arbor Networks, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of Arbor’s technology, security and innovation roadmap. Israel Barak, CISO, is a cyber defense and warfare expert, with his extensive background established at the Israeli Defense Forces and the Government of Israel. As Cybereason’s CISO, Israel is at the forefront of the company’s security innovation, as well as research and analysis of current and evolving advanced threats. Israel founded and headed the Israeli Defense Forces red team unit, as well as established and operated various cyber warfare teams. As part of his various roles, Israel developed cyber warfare infrastructure and proprietary technologies, including leading development of proprietary cryptographic solutions, research and analysis of security vulnerabilities, information security products and technologies, and managed enterprise-wide large scale development and implementation projects of cyber technologies. Israel spent years training, guiding and professionally mentoring new personnel, providing in-depth cyber expertise as it relates to cyber warfare, cyber security, and threat actor’s tactics and procedures. Israel is a regular speaker at leading cyber security industry conferences and events.
Shai Horovitz, CEO Cybereason Japan, oversees the company's expansion in the Japanese market in collaboration with the SoftBank Group. Previously, Shai served in various leadership positions in the premier Special Operations Unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
Andy Byron, Chief Revenue Officer, has a highly successful leadership track record spanning both large and small high-growth software companies. Gerhard Eschelbeck is Vice President Security and Privacy Engineering at Google, where he leads the teams that ensure data and systems security, as well as user privacy. He published the “Laws of Vulnerabilities” and is one of the inventors of the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), and holds numerous patents in the field of managed network security. Prior to joining Google, Gerhard was CTO and Senior Vice President at Sophos and Qualys, and served in senior product and technology roles at companies including Network Associates and McAfee.
Jeanette Horan serves as non-executive director on the boards of Microvision Inc, Wolters Kluwer NV and West Corp. Ms. Horan retired from IBM in July 2015 after 17 years with the company. Her most recent role was Managing Director for the Bank of America account. In this role she was responsible for IBM’s business with the Bank, bringing IBM innovations to help the Bank in their ongoing transformation. Previously Ms. Horan was the Chief Information Officer of IBM where she led the development and implementation of a technology strategy in close partnership with the business. Her emphasis was on the confluence of social, mobile, cloud and analytics; and how to use these technologies securely to personalize and enhance employee and client experiences. Mike Gordon currently serves as the Deputy CISO and Director of Intelligence & Operations within Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Information Security organization. Mike is responsible for the overall Computer Network Defense (CND) of the Lockheed Martin computing infrastructure. Mike has over fifteen years of experience in the information security field supporting the Defense Industrial Base. Mike oversees Lockheed Martin’s Intelligence Driven Defense® operations, including both the Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) and a global network of Security Intelligence Centers. Mike co-founded the Defense Security Information Exchange (DSIE) and has served as the organizations Vice Chairman since its inception where he oversees strategy and operations.
